NEW BOOKING INFO

Hi friends!
I am mixing up the way I do booking a bit, which hopefully will make things a bit easier.
Starting now, I will be accepting rolling submissions!
What does this mean?
I will be accepting submissions for custom and flash at any time! You will fill out a form (click here!) with your request. If your inquiry is accepted (if I am a good fit for your piece!), you will be sent a quote and added to my waitlist.
A $100 deposit will be required to join the waitlist. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable, but will go toward your tattoo!
If I have openings in my current booking period, you may be offered a spot right away. If not, folks on the waitlist will be contacted at the start of my next booking period, in the order they were added to the waitlist (with the exception of Patreon subscribers, who have priority when booking)! It is possible that I will not be able to fit everyone from the waitlist into the current booking period, as my booking periods are only 4 months long. Those who are not able to be fit in will be contacted for a future booking period!
To keep things organized for my records, this process does, unfortunately, mean you will need to fill out a booking form twice - once to fill out the waitlist form, and a second time to fill out the actual booking form for flash or custom. I also prefer to do this in case your contact info, availability, design details, etc have changed since you joined the waitlist.
There will be a place on the form to indicate if you’d like to be contacted to fill cancellation spots that fit your availability. Please note - for last minute cancellations (within one week), I typically can only accommodate flash or pre-drawn pieces. If you request to be contacted for a cancellation for a custom piece, it is less likely that you will be selected to fill a spot, unless the cancellation opens up further in advance!
Also, I do not move already set appointments to fill cancellation spots! Moving an already set appointment means I end up needing to fill two spots instead of one, and results in a vicious cycle of moving people around and rescheduling. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
New flash drops will still happen for each booking period, and for flash day events. Flash day events will still be booked separately.
TL;DR: the process will look like this
You will fill out my request form to join my waitlist!
You will either be offered an appointment if one is immediately available, or you will be offered a spot on my waitlist. A $100 deposit is required to join the waitlist.
Every 4(ish) months, I will book from the waitlist in order (Patreon subscribers get priority). Anyone who I cannot fit into that 4 month booking period will be rolled over to the next booking period. At this time, you will fill out a second booking form, either for flash or for custom, to make sure your contact info, availability, and design info are up to date, and to keep things organized for me :)
